5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both learners and our institution:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment for online courses, before the course commencement date.
• For offline programs, refunds are subject to a deduction based on training resources already allocated.
• No refunds will be issued once more than 25% of the course content has been accessed or attended.
• Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days.
• Workshops, certification fees, and registration charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, course videos, study notes, branding, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website or provided during training are the intellectual property of Indore Enviro Services Private Limited or our licensors.
